This article will explain how to add a Link to a external site in the menu.

First go to the menu manager for the Menu you want to add the link

Next you will create a New Menu Item by clicking the  new button.

You will be given a list of possible Types of Menu terms. Keep in mind that a Menu Item type will affect the whole page. 

• For Example a Photo Gallery is a photo gallery page, and a Attachment ...
• You can test these with out much if any side effects, just keep track of it.

In this case select "External Link"

You will be prompted with a Details Page, See Example below.

Last item here explains how the Link should open.

After Saving the Menu Item, it will show up in the Menu Manager and you can open and edit it at any time.
